What to Do with Huawei Mobile Phone Black Screen?

If your Huawei mobile phone has a black screen during use, please troubleshoot according to the following methods:

First, Check whether a fault occurs in the following scenarios

1.The screen is black during a call. In order to increase the battery life of the phone, if the distance sensor is blocked during a call, the device will automatically turn off the screen, and turn on the screen again after moving away.

2.The black screen appears when the phone is dropped or bumped. It is recommended that you bring your purchase certificate to the nearest Huawei customer service center for maintenance.

3.Reach the set sleep time. When the sleep time is reached, the screen will dim first and then turn off automatically. You can press the power button to turn on the screen again.

4.If the ambient temperature is too high or too low, the device will automatically shut down and the screen will be black. At this time, please wait for the device to return to normal temperature before using it. It is recommended that you try to keep the device at an ambient temperature of 0°C - 35°C to avoid this problem and reduce battery loss.

 

Second, try to solve it in the following ways

1.Force restart the device

It is recommended that you force restart your device. If you cannot restart or the black screen still appears after restarting, it may be a hardware failure. 2.Clean up the device space

(1) Go to the official website of Huawei Mobile Assistant, download and install the latest Windows version of Huawei Mobile Assistant.

(2) Open Huawei Mobile Assistant, click System Repair in the lower right corner of the page.

(3) When the phone is turned off, connect it to the computer via a USB data cable, and then press and hold the volume down button and the power button of the phone at the same time.

(4) After the phone enters the FastBoot mode, Huawei Mobile Assistant will prompt "Successfully entered the system repair mode", click to start repairing.

(5) After the repair installation package is downloaded, it will be installed automatically. Please do not disconnect the USB connection during this period. The whole process will take some time, please wait patiently. After the system repair is completed, the mobile phone will automatically enter the system update mode, and the mobile phone will automatically restart after the system update is completed.
